I have just come across a geat blog called nordljus full of amazing recipes, but also some fantastic food & lifestyle photography....it really is a veritable feast!

Food: Le cupcake

If you like cakes or anything sweet, you will love these beautifully designed cupcakes by Le cupcake. Each one is a work of art with hand crafted butterflies, lace, hearts and flowers. These little cakes would be perfect for a wedding or for a unique gift. The only problem you will have is that Le cupcake is based in Australia! Sigh...

Interiors: Cool Down Under

A couple of years ago I spent a fantastic 12 months in Australia, working in Sydney & Melbourne and frequenting many of the hip bars. We lived really near Kings Street Wharf in Sydney for 6 months and made Bungalow 8 & The Loft our local. Sydney bars felt chic, stylish and cosmopolitan. Melbourne bars on the other hand, felt quite edgy, cool and underground. Here are some snapshots of these great bar interiors:
